Yes we do , event meeting are by appointment only

WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

bank transfer only

DO YOU REQUIRE A DEPOSIT ?

Yes, we 50% deposit 1 week of receiving your invoice 
final payment due 1 week before your event

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELING POLICY ?

50% deposit is non returnable if full payment is made & you are cancelling over 1 week prior to your event you will be offered a 70% refund or a full credit

WHERE DO YOU SERVICE?

We travel all over the southwest region 1 hour & 20mins ratio from Busselton metro

HOW FAR IN ADVANCE DO I NEED TO BOOK IN?

As much as possible garlands we ask for at least 2 weeks , small orders personalised balloons etc 48 hours notice
